Our
Story
Evolve Therapy Solutions started as a dream for Rose Herring. Evolve was chosen based on Rose's maiden name, which is Lovett. As an homage to Lovett, we took the "Love" out of it, and formed Evolve. Love is at the center of everything we do at Evolve Therapy Solutions. Our mission is for every family to feel loved, heard, and supported the minute they walk through our door. We truly want to meet your family where you are, and walk with you on the journey. Growth isn't linear, and progress looks different for every child we work with. We meet each child exactly where they are, and with love as our foundation, help them evolve at their own pace. Let's move forward together, here at Evolve Therapy.

Rose Herring
Rose loves all things play, food, and connection. Before therapy even starts, Rose makes sure to meet her patients where they are, whether that is in the waiting room or on the crash pad in the therapy room. If you can't find her at Evolve, you can find her with Grant + their dogs in Carrabelle. Heaven on Earth in her opinion. Speech and Feeding Therapy are her favorite things to talk about. Addie Toth
Addie is the bright light here at Evolve Therapy. She loves everything Jesus, family, and smiling! When she isn't at Evolve, you can find her spending time with her husband, Konner and spreading her joy! She loves seeing her kiddos make progress and learn more every session. She will be your child's biggest cheerleader throughout their journey with us!

Jenna Herren
What Jenna thought was just going to be a one day shadowing of Rose, turned into a life long friendship and opportunity to help Evolve Therapy grow and thrive! She will be attending VSU in the Fall to begin her journey to become a Speech Language Pathologist. When she takes a break from crafting awesome social media content, you can find Jenna laughing with Connor, reading, and bringing a little bit of pink to everyday life.
